چکیده
On September 18, 2022, an alert by ceCube indicated that a ~170TeV neutrino arrived in directional coincidence with the blazar TXS 0506+056. This event adds to two previous ones: from its direction on 22, 2017, and 3sigma signature of dozen neutrinos 2014/2015. deBruijn 2020 showed these emission episodes could be due supermassive binary black hole (SMBBH) where jet precession close final coalescence results periodic emission. model predicted new episode consistent 2022 observation. Here, we show cadence 0506+056 is SMBBH origin mass ratios q<0.3 for total M>3e8Msun. For first time, calculate characteristic strain gravitational wave binary, merger detectable LISA masses <5e8Msun if are range 0.1<q<0.3. We predict there can flare existing still analyzed IceCube data peaking some time between 08/2019 01/2021 precessing responsible all three detected episodes. The next expected peak period 01/2023 08/2026. Further observation will make it possible constrain ratio as function more precisely would open window toward preparation detection mergers.

Supermassive black hole binary mergers
Massive merging black holes will be the primary sources of powerful gravitational waves at low frequency, and will permit to test General Relativity if we identify candidate galaxies that are close to a binary black hole merger. In this paper we show that for a typical range of mass ratios of the two black holes the final stage of the merger is preceded by a rapid precession and a subsequent sp...
متن کاملSupermassive binary black hole mergers
When galaxies collide, dynamical friction drives their central supermassive black holes close enought to each other such that gravitational radiation becomes the leading dissipative effect. Gravitational radiation takes away energy, momentum and angular momentum from the compact binary, such that the black holes finally merge. In the process, the spin of the dominant black hole is reoriented. O...
متن کاملA Compact Supermassive Binary Black Hole System
We report on the discovery of a supermassive binary black hole system in the radio galaxy 0402+379, with a projected separation between the two black holes of just 7.3 pc. This is the closest black hole pair yet found by more than two orders of magnitude. These results are based upon recent multi-frequency observations using the Very Long Baseline Array (VLBA) which reveal two compact, variable...
متن کاملConsistent Binary Classification with Generalized Performance Metrics
Performance metrics for binary classification are designed to capture tradeoffs between four fundamental population quantities: true positives, false positives, true negatives and false negatives. Despite significant interest from theoretical and applied communities, little is known about either optimal classifiers or consistent algorithms for optimizing binary classification performance metric...
